PREFATORYThe International Conference on Government & Public Affairs (ICOGPA) 2016 aims to provide a platform for academicians, high-level government officials, policy makers, industry representatives, and others who are interested to collaborate and discuss on various issues related to government and public affairs functions. The current government administrative system faces significant challenges due to globalization and changes in the socio-economy landscapes, including relationships between governments and society. Therefore, the outputs of the discussion are expected to assist governments in promoting better public management practices for better governments' performance.
